I have lots of extra-curricular interests. I have coached the University of Waterloo Varsity Badminton Team for the last two years and have played on the team for the last 8 years. I am part of an all-star campus rec indoor and beach Volleyball team, and also love playing ultimate frisbee and golf in the warmer weather. I also play tennis, ping pong, squash, hockey, ... I pretty much have probably tried any sport where you give me a stick and a ball to whack =)
I love reading... though the only thing I seem to read these days is a textbook. And the nerd in me likes the odd Star Wars book. I started playing poker a bit about 3 years ago with my roommates and I still enjoy a good game when we can get one together.
I like a wide variety of music, mainly rock and alternative is my fave. I am even slighly musically inclined, having gotten my grade 8 piano back in high school... though admittedly I have not touched the piano in years. I even play the guitar a little bit, though usually only when I should be studying for exams.

The team had an amazing season this year, almost defeating the first seeded Western Mustangs in a thrilling finals, where no one had given the Waterloo Warriors much of a chance.
